comfort suites was a great choice! the staff was super friendly and welcoming. the indoor pool and hot tub were fantastic after a long day. it's located close to the highway, making it easy for road trips. There are movies nearby to enjoy. ms. toomer and her team really made me feel at home.

Right from the start, the elevators were out of service, leading to an inconvenient trek up to the third floor with all my baggage—definitely not ideal for those with mobility issues or a lot of luggage. The hallways carried an unpleasant odor that lingered during my stay, casting a shadow on the overall ambiance. Some rooms felt a bit cramped, particularly the ones equipped for larger families, which can be a downside for those used to more space on their trips. Breakfast options were limited. it felt more like an afterthought than a proper meal. Lastly, the pool area looked inviting, but the hot tub temperature was uncomfortably high, leaving me feeling more cooked than refreshed.

Enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean with easy access to the pool, and the breakfast offered a solid selection.

The room was well-appointed and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable environment. However, operational issues were noticeable—two card readers at the front desk didn't work, and our in-room coffee maker was missing a pot. Additionally, the absence of hand sanitizer at the front desk was concerning, reflecting a lapse in hygiene standards.
